Yes, the epoxy resin used is deemed food safe.
NOT dishwasher, microwave or freezer safe. Do not leave in hot car. Outside of cup should be hand washed only with a soft cloth to avoid damaging resin coating. Do not use any abrasive materials on resin. Resin can be damaged if dropped so handle with care.

Orders with Personalizaton:
All sales are final unless cancelled before production begins. Because these are personalized items, they are not likely to be resold. If you purchase a tumbler without a decal, please contact me and we can discuss possible partial or full refund options. If there is a defect in your product or error made by me, please contact the shop for correction.
Ready to ship items (products already produced): 1-3 days
Custom orders (i.e ring dishes and coasters): 5-7 days or sooner
Tumbler orders: 2 weeks or sooner
Large commissions (i.e. wall painting): 3 weeks or sooner
All items sold by JorTene’ Arts are handcrafted. Some pieces require several layers of coating that must be completed over several days. In addition, curing time takes a minimum of 3 days after created. There are instances when a coat does not dry properly and must be completed again. This window allows for corrections to be made but products can be shipped earlier if the creation process allows. Products can not ship until fully dry to avoid damage. JA wants to be sure you receive the best quality products and that takes time.

Yes! If you are interested in a large project (i.e. canvas painting, kitchen/bathroom back splash, etc.) for your space please contact the shop by email at hi@jortenearts.com
If you live outside of the US, your order will be subject to additional shipping fees after your purchase. The shop will contact you to let you know what the international rates are based on your address. If you would still like to proceed, a link to pay those fees will be provided. JA is not responsible for any customs fees that may occur.
